  • ■ Method of calculating annual purchase price

    ・It is calculated by credit card payment of JR Nagoya Takashimaya registered with the app.
    ・Calculated by presenting the Central Japan Railway Takashimaya Point Card registered for the application.
    ・JR Nagoya Takashimaya is calculated excluding tax.
    ・Takashimaya Gate Tower Mall is calculated with tax included.
    ・Purchases of Gift certificates (including Gift card) are not included in the calculation.

    ※If you have registered more than one card in the app, it will be calculated by adding it. ※Friends' Association Shopping Cards and Takashimaya Shareholder Benefit Cards cannot be registered in the application. It will be displayed on the annual purchase price by using various JR Nagoya Takashimaya cards.

    ・We will not be able to reflect the purchase price due to forgetting to present it. Please be sure to present your registered card on My Page when shopping.

  • ■ Notes on Registration of JR Nagoya Takashimaya App

    Based on the app registration date, the scheduled rank for the following year will be calculated. This year's rank of the app registration year will be "basic".

    From the day after registration to January 1, 2024, the annual purchase amount of the registration card will be calculated, and the scheduled rank and purchase history for the following year will be displayed.

    ・Application registration date In the case of April 1, 2025
    Regardless of whether or not you have used the service from January to December 2024, this year's rank will be "basic" (there is no retroactive application). The scheduled rank for the following year will be calculated based on the annual purchase price of the registration card and displayed along with the purchase history from the day after registration of the application to January 1, 2025.

    For customers who have re-issued point cards:

    ■Customers who have changed or canceled their credit cards If you have withdrawn from My Page, please contact "Contact Us" below. If you contact us, we will calculate the annual purchase amount, including the cancelled card, and revise the planned rank for this year or the following year according to the amount.

    ■Customers who have reissued point cards If you can contact us below, we will calculate the annual purchase amount, including the card before reissuing, and revise the planned rank for this year or the following year according to the amount.
