    Payment by Smartphone

A. "Limoshopi" allows you to order and settle products that are not handled by online sales without having to come to the store.
Q. How to pay?
A. Please choose either one credit card payment or convenience store advance payment. The target convenience stores are Seven-Eleven, Lawson, Ministop, FamilyMart, and Seicomart. In "Limoshopi", various discounts and services such as Takashimaya shareholders' special treatment cards are not available.
Q. How much does the shipping cost?
A. It depends on the delivery area and product. For more information, please contact the sales representative. Please check here for general shipping costs.
Q. Can I specify the delivery date?
A. Delivery date and time varies depending on the product and delivery area. For more information, please contact the sales representative.
Q. Is there any special treatment or point addition by using various cards at Takashimaya of Central Japan Railway?
A. When you use various credit cards from Central Japan Railway Takashimaya as payment cards, points will be accumulated in the same way as shopping at stores. Also, when purchasing with another credit card, if you enter the number of the Takashimaya Point Card of Central Japan Railway, you will earn points in the same way.

Q. Is it possible to issue a receipt?
A. After 24 hours after your order is confirmed, you can log in to My Page on your computer and issue it from your online purchase history.
It is issued only once. We will not be able to reissue the receipt after the receipt is issued.
In the case of prepayment at convenience stores, a “receipt” (not a qualified invoice) will be issued at convenience stores.
