A. "Limoshopi" allows you to order and settle products that are not handled by online sales without having to come to the store.
Q. How to pay?
A. Please choose either one credit card payment or a convenience store advance payment. The target convenience stores are Seven-Eleven, Lawson, Ministop, FamilyMart, and Seicomart. In Limoshopi, various special discounts and services such as Takashimaya shareholder special treatment cards are not available.
Q. How much does the shipping cost?
A. It depends on the delivery area and product. For more information, please contact the sales clerk. Please check the general shipping fee here.
Q. Can I specify the delivery date and time?
A. Delivery date and time varies depending on the product and delivery area. For more information, please contact the sales clerk.
Q. Is there any special treatment or point addition by using various cards at Takashimaya of Central Japan Railway?
A. When you use various credit cards from Takashimaya of Central Japan Railway as payment cards, points will be accumulated in the same way as shopping at stores. Also, when purchasing with another credit card, if you enter the number of the Takashimaya Point Card of Central Japan Railway, you will earn points in the same way.
※You can't use points.
In addition, shopping at "Limoshopi" is not eligible for various special treatments such as point-up special treatment sessions. Coupons and points issued by each brand cannot be used.

Q. Can I issue a receipt?
A. After 24 hours after your order is confirmed, you can log in to “My Page” on your computer and issue it from your online purchase history.
It is issued only once. We will not be able to reissue it after the receipt is issued.
In the case of advance payment at convenience stores, a “receipt” (not a qualified invoice) will be issued at convenience stores.
