Download the app and enter your My Page registration email address and password.
App integration is completed.

• STEP1

  Download the app and tap "Login who has registered on My Page".

  

• STEP2

  After entering your My Page registration e-mail address and password, tap "Login".

  

• STEP3

  When the home screen of the app is displayed, the app registration is completed.

  

• STEP4

  You can add a registration card by swiping the card to the right.

  

[Customers who have not registered My Page (register with the app and start using it)]

  Download the app and tap "Customers who have not registered My Page".

  

• STEP2

  Enter the email address you want to register and tap Send.
  After sending your e-mail address, you will receive an authentication number by reply e-mail from jrnt-info@jr-takashimaya.co.jp.
  ※The authentication number may not be delivered due to the security settings of your device, so please check the specified reception settings of the domain before proceeding.

• STEP3

  Please enter the authentication number described in the body of the reply e-mail.
  ※The expiration date of the authentication number is 30 minutes after receiving the reply email. If you register after 30 minutes, please send your registered e-mail address again and receive a reply e-mail.

  After authentication is completed, tap "Next".

  

• STEP5

  Please select the card you have.

  Please enter the 13-digit card number and date of birth of the point card.

  Please confirm the contents of your input and tap "Register with this content".

  My Page registration and application registration are completed.

  

【Customers who have a credit card at hand】

• STEP6

  Please enter the first 6 digits of your credit card number and the last 4 digits.
  ※If you are using Amex Card, please add "0" to the card number and enter "0" + top 5 digits, and the last 4 digits in half-width.

  Please fill in your membership information and questionnaire.

  

• STEP8

  Please confirm the contents of your input and tap "Register with this content".

  

• STEP9

  My Page registration and application registration are completed.

  Please enter your date of birth.

※If you use the app without registering My Page, a new JR Nagoya Takashimaya Point Card will be issued.

  After confirming the precautions, tap "Use without registration".

  Central Japan Railway Takashimaya Point Card has been newly issued.
  You can use some functions and services of the app.
