In order to provide services that satisfy our customers, Central Japan Railway Takashimaya is committed to responding sincerely to customer requests and providing more satisfactory services.

To this end, we believe it is important to protect the human rights of each and every staff member working at the Central Japan Railway Takashimaya, and to create a safe work environment in which they can work with peace of mind.

Based on this idea, we have established the "Basic Policy on Customer Harassment of Central Japan Railway's Takashimaya Customer Harassment" in light of the fact that there are cases where the work environment is harmed due to the innocent behavior of a small number of customers, and decided to implement it from April 1, 2025.
