"My Page"
When you register on My Page, you will receive the latest information on JR Nagoya Takashimaya, and there are plenty of benefits such as point inquiries, online sales, remote shop (smartphone payment), event reservation!
You need to register your My Page to use the service.
- If you do not have JR Nagoya Takashimaya credit card or point card Here
- Depending on your model and terminal, you may not be able to register properly, or may not function properly or browse.
- The communication fee for information registration will be borne by the customer.
- Various gift points on My Page will be awarded on the 7th or 21st of the following month. It will be granted only on January 8 or 21st. (There are some exceptions.)

Delivering the latest information on Takashimaya by e-mail
Information on events, events, and card campaigns will be regularly distributed in the e-mail magazine "Takashimaya Tsushin".
Change of point inquiry service and point card member information smoothly
You can check the number of points on your registered card and the period of use of basic points. In addition, you can change the registration details and password of the point card.

Our dedicated staff, who are familiar with the cosmetics department, will propose the best items according to the customer's needs.

You can make a reservation for "Langely Consulting" at the 4th floor lingerie & relaxation.

If you have any concerns in advance, you can try a complete reservation-based consultation with a popular brand advisor or a lingerie advisor from JR Nagoya Takashimaya.
We will propose the best lingerie through measurements and fittings.

This is a remote shopping service that allows you to order and pay for products handled by JR Nagoya Takashimaya on your smartphone without visiting the store.
- There are some sales floors and products that are not eligible.
- Points cannot be used.
New registration of "My Page"
To register My Page, various cards of JR Nagoya Takashimaya are required.
The method of new registration for "My Page" has been changed from February 28 (Wednesday).

Please enter the e-mail address for registration in the My Page login screen "New Member Registration" and send it.
STEP２
After sending your e-mail address, you will receive an authentication number by reply e-mail from jrnt-info@jr-takashimaya.co.jp.
Please enter the authentication number described in the text of the reply e-mail.

[Confirmation of domain designation reception] If you are receiving a domain designation (measures against spam), please register additionally with a domain that allows [@jr-takashimaya.co.jp]. If the domain is not allowed, you may not receive an email.
