Information on Point Cards
It is a card that earns points simply by presenting it at the time of checkout when shopping at JR Nagoya Takashimaya (including the Watch Maison and Food Maison Okazaki store) or Takashimaya Gate Tower Mall.
Points earned can be used as 1 point 1 yen.
- Free admission fee and annual membership fee
- Those who are 16 years old or older and live in Japan can make it.
- Points can be earned by paying with your credit card or cash.
- If you present it together, you will also receive points on Rakuten Point Card or d Point Card.
If you register as a new My Page member, you can use points.

When shopping at the store, please present the barcode displayed on your My Page or app from the point card itself or smartphone terminal.
Please note that we will not be able to postpone points or reflect purchase history due to forgetting to present them.

- Usually 2% point gift for use of general products
- Usually 1% point gift for use in special items, food items, restaurants, cafes, etc.
- Points will be given a basic point every 100 yen excluding tax. There are some products, services, and payment methods that are not eligible for points.
- Points are calculated on a unit basis, and points less than 100 yen excluding tax are not eligible for points.
- Payments at Takashimaya Gift certificates, Gift certificates, Takashimaya Gift card and department store Gift card are also eligible for points.

- Usually 1% point gift for the amount used
- Points will be calculated in units of one slip (receipt), and basic points will be given every 100 yen including tax. Points less than 100 yen including tax are not eligible.
- Point service shopping tickets (2,000 yen tickets, 1,000 yen tickets) and point cards cannot be used together.
- There are stores, services, and payment methods that are not eligible for some points and have different points rates.
[About stores and products not covered]
The basic point validity period is until the end of December (up to 24 months) of the year following the year in which the point was earned.
- The system changed on April 1, 2025 (Tuesday). As a transitional measure, the expiration date of the points held as of April 1, 2025 (Tuesday), regardless of the month of enrollment or acquisition date, will be until the end of December 2026.
- Excludes available points earned by April 2024 as of the end of March 2025.
Bonus points will be given to the total amount purchased at JR Nagoya Takashimaya for one year (limited to items eligible for points).
The target period is one year from January to December (updated every year). Bonus points will be given on the 2nd of the month following the month in which the target amount is reached. This includes the amount used at Takashimaya Gate Tower Mall.
※It can be used only at the Nagoya store.
※Due to the change in the bonus point system from April 2025, the 2025 bonus point period will be from April to December 2025.

In accordance with the change in terms of bonus points (old system: one year from the month of enrollment → new system: calendar year), we have implemented the transfer of the purchase amount that is eligible for bonus points by month of enrollment as follows.

All members are until the end of February 2026.
It can be used directly for shopping at the store with a point card in units of one point. When using points, please tell the sales floor staff that you will use points. Registration of member information is required to use points.
