Flow of Use
Step1. Application for pickup kit
Please call the 11th floor Kimono Salon "Kimono Shikkai Corner". We will send a packing box etc. to your designated location.
Step2. Packing & Shipping
Fill out the application form, pack it in a packing box with the goods, and ask the designated carrier to collect it.
Step3. Confirming and Estimating Ascientated Products
We will inform you of the reception when you arrive. After that, we will inform you of your estimate and the expected date of completion. Once you have received your payment, we will start care.

※The shipping fee for cancellation after reception or return of items that cannot be received will be borne by the customer.
Step4. Care completed, inspection, delivery
After the maintenance is completed, a professional craftsman performs the inspection. After that, after contacting us, we will send the goods to the designated place of the customer from JR Nagoya Takashimaya. (Delivery date and time zone can also be specified.)
Step5. Receipt
Please confirm the finish when you arrive.
