Flow of Use
Step1. Application for pickup kit
Please call the 11th floor Kimono Salon "Kimono Shikkai Corner". We will send you a packing box etc. to your designated location.
Step2. Packaging and shipping
Fill out the application form with the required information, pack it in a packing box with the goods, and request the designated carrier to collect it.
Step3. Confirmation and estimate of azuri products
We will inform you of the reception desk when you arrive. After that, we will inform you of your estimate and the scheduled date of completion. After your understanding, we will start care when you receive payment.

Step4. Completion of maintenance, inspection, delivery
After the maintenance is completed, a professional craftsman will inspect the product. After that, we will inform you of the completion and send the goods to your designated location from JR Nagoya Takashimaya. (We can also specify the delivery date and time zone.)
Step5. Pick it up
