Flow of Use
Step1. Application for pickup kit
Please call the 11th floor Kimono Salon "Kimono Shikkai Corner". We will send packing boxes etc. to your designated location.
Step2. Packing & Shipping
Fill out the application form with the required items, pack it in a packing box with the goods, and ask the designated carrier for collection.
Step3. Confirmation and estimate of all items
We will contact you at the reception desk when you arrive. After that, we will inform you of your estimate and the expected date of completion. After your understanding, we will start the maintenance once you receive a deposit.

※The customer will be responsible for the shipping fee for cancellation after reception or return of items that cannot be accepted.
Step4. Maintenance completion, inspection, delivery
After the maintenance is completed, a professional craftsman performs the inspection. After that, after contacting us, we will send the goods to the designated place by JR Nagoya Takashimaya. (We can also specify the delivery date and time zone.)
Step5. Receipt
Please check the finish when you arrive.
