Information on Point Cards

There is no credit card function. You can use it with cash or your credit card. (However, it cannot be used in conjunction with the Takashimaya Card of Central Japan Railway, the Takashimaya Card of Central Japan Railway, the Takashimaya Saison Card of Central Japan Railway, and other credit cards issued by Takashimaya.)

About application for point card enrollment

You can apply for membership at JR Nagoya Takashimaya, JR Nagoya Takashimaya Watch Maison, JR Nagoya Takashimaya Food Maison Okazaki store, Takashimaya Gate Tower Mall store, or from the website.

  • Use is limited to JR Nagoya Takashimaya, JR Nagoya Takashimaya Watch Maison, JR Nagoya Takashimaya Food Maison Okazaki Store, Takashimaya Gate Tower Mall.

    When shopping at the store, please present the barcode displayed when you log in "My Page" from a point card or terminal such as a smartphone.

    • Points are calculated on a unit of product, and points less than 100 yen excluding tax are not eligible for points.
    • Payments at Takashimaya Gift certificates, Gift certificates, Takashimaya Gift card, and Department Store Gift card are also eligible for points.

    • Usually 1% point gift for the amount used
      • Points will be calculated in units of one slip (receipt), and a basic point will be given every 100 yen including tax. Items less than 100 yen including tax are not eligible for points.
      • Point service Shopping tickets (2,000 yen tickets, 1,000 yen tickets) and point cards cannot be used together.
      • There are stores, services, and payment methods that are not eligible for points and have different point rates.

    If the purchase amount for one year that is eligible for basic points is 200,000 yen or more, a bonus point of 1% to 5% will be given depending on the amount.

    If you download the Takashimaya Gate Tower Mall official application and link with the point card after registering as a member, you can check the barcode display of the point card and the cumulative number of points in the application. Also, if you like "like" in the app, "Kun" will accumulate. If you accumulate kyun, you can exchange it for points on the Takashimaya Point Card of Central Japan Railway.

    Other benefits
    • Birthday point gift (100 points) for those who bought it in the month of their birthday.
    • Purchases that exclude points, such as card special treatment parties, are not eligible.
    • Birthday Points will be added on the 10th of the following month <once a year>
    • This benefit will end as of March 2025.
    Use of Points
    • In units of 1,000 points, it can be used directly when shopping at the store with a point card. When using points, please tell the sales clerk that you will use points.
    • Member information must be registered in order to use points.
    • Some stores, sales floors, shops, products and services are not available.
    • JR Nagoya Takashimaya is not available for online sales.
    • It is not available at Towers Plaza Gate Tower Plaza Restaurant on the 12th and 13th floor.
    • When you reach 1,000 points, you can use it from the next purchase.

    To register the Central Japan Railway Takashimaya Point Card, you need to register "My Page". Please agree to the "JR Nagoya Takashima Yamai Page Membership Terms" and register a new one.
    To enroll, please register your customer information (name, address, telephone number, date of birth, etc.) from here.
    If you receive a point card at the store, you will receive 200 points if you register within 10 days, including the date of receipt of the card.

    • 200 points will be awarded within 5 days of registration.
    • Please enter your registration e-mail address in "New Member Registration".
    • If your membership registration has not been completed, you will not be able to use points.

Confirmation of points

Members of Central Japan Railway Takashimaya Point Card can check the accumulated points, available points, expiration dates, and accumulated points purchased through the purchase receipt and the point card inquiry machine at the store. Also, if you register for 'My Page', you can check it in 'My Page'.
※In 'My Page', you will not be able to confirm the total amount purchased for points.
