Do you have a baby room?
AOn the south side of the 8th floor, a nursing room (3 private rooms and 1 shared space), a diaper changing table (8 units / 2 of which are for grabbing), diaper sales (baby room entrance cash register / 2 M size 121 yen, L size 2 sheets 165 yen), a water heater for milk preparation, microwave oven, baby food and drinks (3 seats), a vending machine for drinks, etc.
- In the nursing room, men are not allowed to enter the room, use mobile phones, and eat and drink.
- In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection, the use may be restricted.
Shared nursing room (for 2-3 people)
It is located in the women's toilet on the 3rd, 4th and 6th floors, in the powder lounge on the 7th floor (for women only), and in the powder lounge on the 8th floor (for women only).
Private room nursing room
It is located in the powder lounge on the 7th floor (for women only and for men and women), and in the powder lounge on the 8th floor (for women only).

Do you have coin lockers?
AOn the second basement floor, there is a coin locker (16 pieces) that keeps refrigerated items purchased at JR Nagoya Takashimaya, such as fresh food and refrigerated foods, free of charge during the shopping hours of the day.
- A 100 yen coin is required for use. (We will return it after using the coin locker)
In addition, at the fresh service counter on the 2nd basement floor, we have a cooled bag (charged / 242 yen) and a cooled agent (free) for cooling when taking home refrigerated products.
- The use of cold packs is limited to customers who shop at the fresh food section on the second basement floor.

Is there a place where I can change clothes?
AThere is no fitting room for changing clothes in the store. Please use the fitting board located in the guest toilet on each floor.

There is no fitting room for changing clothes in the store. Please use the fitting board located in the guest toilet on the 3rd to 8th floors.

Can pets be accompanied?
APets are not allowed in principle.
Small animals, including small dogs, can be placed in a carry bag for pets and the whole body is covered.
However, please refrain from bringing it to restaurants, cafes on each floor, or food store.- Assistance dogs for the physically handicapped (guide dogs, service dogs and hearing dogs) can be accompanied on any floor.

Do you have a baby stroller loan?
AWe are available at the General Information Center on the 1st floor, in front of the north elevator on the 4th floor, and in front of the north elevator on the 8th floor. It can be used for children aged 2 months to 2 years old.
You can also return it near the north elevator on the 2nd floor of Takashimaya Gate Tower Mall and near the central elevator on the 7th floor.There is a stroller rental / return place near the north elevator on the 2nd floor and near the central elevator on the 7th floor.

Where can I get the tax exemption service?
AWe accept at the Takashimaya Service Counter on the north side of the North Block Delicious Court on the 1st floor and tax-free counter on the 11th floor.
After purchasing the product, please bring your receipt, passport, product, credit card (only if you use it), and please come within the duty-free counter business hours of the day.
1.55% of the tax-exempt product price will be charged as a system usage fee.
If you use an automated gate or facial recognition gate, you will not be able to apply for tax exemption unless your passport has immigration certification.
