    Is there a baby room (lactation room)?

    A

    On the south side of the 8th floor, a nursing room (3 private rooms and 1 common space), a diaper changing table (8 units / 2 of which are for grabbing and standing), and diaper sales (Baby room entrance cash register / 2 M size 121 yen, L size 2 sheets 165 yen), a water heater for milk preparation, a microwave oven, a chair for baby food and drinks (3 seats), and a vending machine for drinks.

    • Men are not allowed to enter the nursing room, use mobile phones, and eat and drink.
    • In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection, the use may be restricted.

    Shared nursing room (for 2 to 3 people)

    It is located in the women's toilet on the 3rd, 4th and 6th floors, in the powder lounge on the 7th floor (for women only), and in the 8th floor powder lounge (for women only).

    Do you have a coin locker?

    A

    On the 2nd basement floor, there is a coin locker (16 pieces) that keeps refrigerated items required for purchase at JR Nagoya Takashimaya, such as fresh and refrigerated foods, free of charge during the shopping hours of the day.

    • You need a 100 yen coin to use. (We will return it after using the coin locker)

    In addition, at the Perishable Service Counter on the 2nd basement floor, we have prepared a cooled bag (charged / 242 yen) and a cooled agent (free) for cooling when taking home refrigerated products.

    • The use of cold packers is limited to customers who shop at the fresh food store on the second basement floor.

    Pets are not allowed in principle.
    Small animals, such as small dogs, can enter the store in a carry bag for pets and the whole body is covered.

    Where can I get the tax exemption service?

    We accept "Takashimaya Service Counter" on the north side of the North Block Dericious Court on the 1st floor, and tax exemption counter on the 11th floor.
    After purchasing the product, please bring your receipt, passport, product, credit card (only for use) and come within the tax exemption counter business hours on the day.
    1.55% of the tax-exempt product price will be charged as a system usage fee.
    If you use an automated gate or facial recognition gate, you will not be able to apply for tax exemption without your passport.
