    Is there a baby room (lactation room)?

    A

    On the south side of the 8th floor, a nursing room (3 private rooms and 1 shared space), a diaper changing table (8 units / 2 of which are for grabbing), diaper sales (baby room entrance cash register / 2 M size 121 yen, L size 2 sheets 165 yen), water heater for milk preparation, microwave oven, baby food and beverage chairs (3 seats), drinks vending machines, etc. are fully equipped.

    • In the nursing room, men are not allowed to enter the room, use mobile phones, and eat and drink.
    • Use may be restricted to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection.

    Shared nursing room (for 2 to 3 people)

    It is located in the women's toilet on the 3rd, 4th and 6th floors, in the powder lounge on the 7th floor (for women only), and in the powder lounge on the 8th floor (for women only).

    Private room nursing room

    Located in the Powder Lounge on the 7th floor (for women only and for men and women only), the Powder Lounge on the 8th floor (for women only).

    Do you have coin lockers?

    Pets are not allowed in principle.
    Small animals, such as small dogs, can be placed in a pet carry bag and the whole body is covered.

    Do you have a stroller loan?

    Available in front of the General Information Center on the 1st floor, in front of the north elevator on the 4th floor, and in front of the north elevator on the 8th floor. It can be used for children from 2 months to 2 years old.
    You can also return it near the north elevator on the 2nd floor of Takashimaya Gate Tower Mall and near the central elevator on the 7th floor.

    Where can I get the tax exemption service?

    Available at the Takashimaya Service Counter on the north side of the North Block Delicious Court on the 1st floor and the Duty-Free Counter on the 11th floor.

    If you register on My Page, we will send you great information in the e-mail magazine "Takashimaya Tsushin". There are services only for My Page members, such as point inquiry for your card and online sales. For more information, please refer to the "Information on My Page" on our website.
