The general date of Shichigosan is November 15th. When boys are 3 years old or 5 years old, girls often visit shrines with their families when they are 3 years old or 7 years old, and thank them for their safe growth, and I pray for the happiness of the future. There are various theories, such as the origin of the celebration of the fifth shogun, Tsunayoshi Tokugawa, and the celebration of Tokumatsu's hairstyle during the Edo period.

Knowledge about Shichigosan
■When did you prepare for Shichigosan?
It is recommended that you decide the item about 90 days before the celebration day because there is fried processing (dimension matching).
Once you have a preview with your family and then come to the store with your child, you will be able to try on smoothly.
■What do adults wear?
Why don't you wear the family accompanying Shichigosan in kimono with the protagonist's boss? We recommend semi-reliance and abbreviation, such as elegant-patterned visiting clothes and hangings, and plain pattern with crests.
■Can I wear a kimono for the shrine in Shichigosan?
If you wear a shrine pilgrimage kimono at Shichigosan, please bring it to the sales floor one month to one and a half months before the celebration day, as it requires fried chicken (matched dimensions). The processing period varies depending on the item, so please ask the sales floor staff for details.
Care after purchase
■Basic care after wearing
Hanging celebration clothes, long undergarments, obis, etc. on a kimono hanger, drop dust, and then dry in a well-ventilated place for about a day.
■If you find stains or dirt
Ask an expert as soon as possible for care for sweat, water, mud, and sebum stains on collars and cuffs. Available at the Kimono Salon Shikkai corner on the 11th floor.
■Basis of storage after maintenance
Celebration clothes, long undergarments, and belts should be carefully folded and wrapped in paper one by one. If you do not wear it for a while, we recommend that you remove the fried chicken. It is recommended to store it in a kimono closet with good breathability. Let's dry the insects once every six months.
