Shine Muscat and refreshing Koshi bean paste that melts in mouth gently wrapped with fluffy hafujie mochi. Hajiju mochi, which is a blend of two types of shiratama flour, kneaded at once with maximum thermal power, weakened the thermal power just before burning, and gradually increased the temperature from there, resulting in a fluffy soft rice cake.

Ishindo (Osaka)
"Haruo" is a Shine Muscat made in Okayama Prefecture, which has little precipitation and is called a "Sunny Country". Large grains, high sugar content, strong sweetness, thin skin and no seeds, so the juice with sweetness and rich aroma spreads in the mouth. It is wrapped in white bean paste and fertilizer to make it elegant fruit daifuku.
