About Quest
What is a quest?
It is a variety of "experiences" that can be done at stores and designated locations. Types of "experiences" include try-on, participation in seminars, and purchase of products. Once achieved, you can acquire crystals (rank up) and chips (digital Fukubiki) according to the difficulty level, and you can turn digital Fukubiki.
※Only one quest per person.
When will a limited-time quest appear on the quest page?
It will be displayed on the quest page at 10:00 pm the day before the quest start date, and will be hidden at 11:59 pm on the quest end date.
※All quests will end at 8:00 pm only on the last day, September 1 (Tuesday).
What is the quest reception time?
It is based on the business and reception hours of each facility.
What should I do if I find a two-dimensional code?
Open the corresponding quest page from LINE, start the camera, and read the two-dimensional code. Alternatively, you can read it directly from your smartphone's camera (you need to register as a "May Quest" Treasure Hunter in advance).
How do I check the crystal/chip I have?
It will be displayed on the LINE May Quest screen. Crystal is displayed on the right side of the screen, and the chip is displayed on the right side of the screen.
Do I need to do anything to rank up?
If you have the crystal necessary to rank up, the "Rank Up" button will be displayed in the place where the current rank is displayed on the home screen. Tap the button to rank up.
How to turn digital fortunes?
Scroll down the LINE Mei Quest Home screen to display a digital lucky draw. If you have the chips you need to turn digital fortunes according to the rank you have achieved, you can turn digital fortunes.
When will the event ranking be updated?
It is updated every hour. Also, the ranking will be displayed after August 5 (Wednesday).
About Coupons
Where can I use the coupon?
Tap the menu column at the bottom of the talk screen and tap the ticket tab in the gallery to display the coupon you currently have.

Where is the exchange place for the bonus benefits I got in digital fortunes?
Please come to "QUEST BASE" in JR Nagoya Takashimaya Wine Maison. ※QUEST BASE is available from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day.
You can't open the service of May Quest.
Check the communication environment, drop the LINE app once, and then open it again.
Where can I change my name?
You can tap the pen mark on the right of the current display name from the menu and change it on the public PROFILE screen.
How long can the crystals and chips be carried over?
If your LINE account is the same, it will be valid until 8:00 pm on September 1, 2026 (Tuesday) when the event ends.
